DAILY REFLECTIONS | Christian Messages

Christian Reflections and Messages offer insights and inspiration for living a life of faith. These reflections can provide guidance and encouragement, helping individuals to deepen their relationship with God and navigate the challenges of daily life.

If He prevails, I win. If He is victor, I am in the triumph.

Christ the Word of God

W. A. Criswell
God is identified with His Word, and the Word is identified with God; whenever I receive the Word of God, I receive God Himself. When I believe the Word of God, I believe God Himself. Spiritually, when I know the Word of God, I know God Himself.

We shall be lifted up to meet our Lord in the air.

The Mystery of the Church

W. A. Criswell
To us, a mystery is an enigma, a riddle, something that is beyond our understanding or finding out. But in the language of the days of our Lord and His apostles, the word “mystery,” mystērion, was an altogether different thing. If you were inducted into the mystery religions, it was something unknown to the people on the outside.

Grace, directly or indirectly, almost always refers to power or ability from God to live supernaturally.

Grace to Give

David Jeremiah
How often do you use, or hear others use, the word “grace” in conversation? It is one of the most often-used words in Christianity, but one of the hardest to define.

We need to be honest with ourselves and with God

Spiritual To-Do’s

David Jeremiah
There are two words that, at first glance, might not seem to go with one another: procrastination and priorities. We think of procrastinators as people who put off doing what should be done—that is, life’s priorities.

You have to accept Christ for yourself, nobody can do it for you.

Following Jesus unto Death

O.S. Hawkins
The twenty-first chapter of the Gospel of John is an addendum, an appendix added to the Gospel. The book plainly reaches an incomparable and glorious climax in the twentieth chapter.

Meditation is a life principle to be developed, for we don’t realize how often the Bible urges us to meditate.

The Love of God’s Word

Augustine Ampratwum-Duah
What we love is what we think of! The Law is God’s Law. In other words, it is God’s Word, and therefore, it is our love since we love Him. If we love God, we love His Law. “Oh, how I love Your law!” the Psalmist cried. We not only revere Him, but we love His Law as well.

God wants to rescue you, to give you hope and a sense of a bright future

When You Are Tempted to Give Up—Don’t!

Charles Stanley
Peter had been arrested and thrown into jail. By this point in his life, he knew what happened to men and women who worshiped Christ. However, he had learned many lessons of faith and believed that no matter what came next, Jesus was with him, and he would not cave in to fear or disbelief.

They would rather stay where they are than risk a change. God has a way of drying up our brooks to move us on to greater blessings.

When the Brook Runs Dry

Charles Stanley
At first, there was plenty of water in the brook where God had led Elijah to set up camp (1 Kings 17:2–5). The Lord commanded the birds of the air to feed His prophet. Many scholars tell how Elijah was fed by ravens—animals that were scavengers. Regardless of the method, God provided for His prophet. Elijah lacked nothing; then one day the brook began to dry up, and the Lord instructed him to leave that place.

Hope emerges when favour of God dawns upon your life.

God’s Favour - New Beginning in Life

Augustine Ampratwum-duah
Though surrounded by friends, we have to realize that after all we live, suffer, and must die alone. Noah was an upright and straightforward man, always clear as crystal and eschewing a life of unfaithfulness. For that matter, the eyes of Almighty God favourably looked toward him in his generation.

All of Grace

Charles Spurgeon
Grace is manifestly revealed in our redemption, for ye know therein the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and it is utterly inconceivable that any soul could have deserved to be redeemed with the precious blood of Christ.

Prevailing Prayer

Dwight L. Moody
The two first and essential means of grace are the Word of God and prayer. Conversion comes through these, for we are born again by the word of God, which lives and abides for ever.

The Overcoming Life

D.L. Moody
Are you an overcomer? Or, are you plagued by little sins that easily beset you? Even worse, are you failing in your Christian walk, but refuse to admit and address it? No Christian can afford to dismiss the call to be an overcomer.
