Amestris, daughter of Otanes, was the wife of Xerxes (Herodotus 7:61, 114). If she is the same person as Vashti, she regained Xerxes' favor, as she was the reigning sovereign after the Battle of Mycale in 497 BC. (Herodotus 9:109).
