Growing up in a Christian home, Pastor Chadwick was saved at the age of 11 and surrendered to “full-time ministry” in 1993 while attending Pacific Coast Baptist Bible College (now Heartland Baptist Bible College). While at PCBBC, Pastor met and married his wife Debbie, and over the next four years God blessed their home with two wonderful daughters, Judith and Natalie.
Pastor Chadwick began working in full-time ministry at Calvary Baptist Church, San Dimas, California in 1994, becoming the youth director in 1995. Pastor Chadwick served at CBC until the September following his graduation from PCBBC with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology in 1996.
God then moved the Chadwick family to Amarillo, Texas, where over the next six years, Pastor Chadwick served as Assistant Pastor of Central Baptist Church. God used this time of working in a variety of ministries to prepare the Chadwick family to move to San Diego to start CRBC in November of 2002.
As strong as his love for the people of San Diego was in 2002, God has increased Pastor Chadwick’s love and vision for CRBC greatly over the years, and he is excited to see just what God will continue to do in the future.
