Kingdom of God

The Kingdom of God is central to Christian theology and teachings. In the Bible, there are numerous verses that discuss the Kingdom of God, it as both a present reality and a future fulfillment.

These verses offer insight into the nature, characteristics, and significance of the Kingdom of God in the Christian faith.

Bible verses that talk about the Kingdom of God:

Matthew 6:33 (NIV) – “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”

Mark 1:15 (NIV) – “The time has come,” he said. “The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news!”

Luke 17:20-21 (NIV) – “Once, on being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, ‘The coming of the kingdom of God is not something that can be observed, nor will people say, ‘Here it is,’ or ‘There it is,’ because the kingdom of God is in your midst.'”
