(a) Under the reign of David, a Levite in charge of blowing the trumpet (1 Chr. 15:24).

(b) Patriarchal and priestly house, in the generation after the exile (Neh. 12:14). His representative put her seal on Nehemiah’s covenant (Neh. 10:4; 12:14).

(c) In the time of Ezra, a Levite who took part in the Feast of Tabernacles (Neh. 9:4, 5) and sealed the covenant on behalf of his house (Neh. 10:10).

(d) Another Levite who sealed the covenant (Neh. 10:12, 13).
