Paul, heading for the last time to Jerusalem, embarked on a ship that touched the island of Rhodes and touched at Patara, a port in Lycia. The apostle then boarded a ship bound for Phenicia (Acts 21:1, 2).
Heading to Rome, Paul landed at Myra, another city in Lycia; There he was embarked on an Alexandrian ship bound for Italy (Acts 27:5, 6).
