JASHER
The book of Jasher is mentioned in Joseph. 10:13; 2 Sam. 1:18 and, in the LXX, in 1 Kings 8:53. From what can be seen from these quotes, it seems that the book was a collection of poems, which would possibly be accompanied by introductions and explanations in prose.
This book, which was evidently well known, was totally lost. Throughout history, several fake books have been presented with this name.
