“Twister”.
Son of Eser, descendant of Esau (1 Chron. 1:42), ancestor of the Bene-jaakan tribe, whose name marks a station on the journey of the Israelites in their exodus through the desert (Num. 33:31). There were wells at that station (Deut. 10:6) and the people were there twice.
