HAROSHETH OF THE GENTILES
So called because of its mixed population. City in northern Canaan, residence of Sisera (Judges 4:2, 13, 16). It was located at the entrance to Mount Carmel, between Esdraelon and Acre. Today there is a pile of ruins, where excavations have begun.
